Jon has worked within the financial services industry for over 20 years. In 1993, he set up a firm of Independent Financial Advisers, which was then sold to a national IFA in 2003.
Jon is now committed to creating a small specialised firm with high quality staff and enjoys forming client relationships which will grow and evolve with the business.
Having owned and run a small-sized business for a number of years, Jon understands the needs and pressures that come with the territory. This adds an extra dimension to his advice, where his specialisation is in the provision of Self-Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs).
Jon is a Chartered Financial Planner by examination, and a Fellow of The Personal Finance Society.
Colin has been in the financial services industry for a total of 16 years and trained as a Financial Adviser at Tisdale Life Consultants in Coventry. He has worked with Jon for 8 years.
Colin is a specialist in group scheme management and also in private client work.

Brendan has worked in the financial services industry and the mortgage field in particular for over 25 years.
Brendan started his career as a Trainee Manager with the Bradford & Bingley Building Society, working his way up to Branch Manager at the age of 28. Since then, he has held a variety of managerial appointments in the financial services industry and has worked previously with Jon at NPI, Tisdale Life Consultants and Towry Law.
Brendan is committed to helping the clients of Isaacs Financial Services Limited within the property field.
Richard has worked in the Financial Services Industry for over 25 years, starting his career as a district representative with Pearl Assurance. He spent 18 years with Pearl, progressing to Area Manager, with a team of 9 representatives. This offered Richard excellent training opportunities where he was able to gain experience in dealing with individual clients and their different requirements.
After a period of employment with a Building Society, and a short time as a self-employed adviser, Richard joined Jon and his team in 2002.
Richard specialises in advising clients where high quality advice and individual service are paramount.
